Enquête sur la qualité des prestataires de services de différents secteurs en Belgique

En juillet 2009, nous avons mené une étude, en collaboration avec Leuvenresearch.be, pour collecter des données à propos de la qualité des services prestés selon différentes catégories.

Le but de cette enquête est de fournir aux consommateurs une information juste et objective à propos d'une série de catégories. Nous espérons qu'avec ces informations, vous pourrez choisir le fournisseur le plus adapté à vos souhaits et besoins.

Aujourd'hui, nous avons récolté les informations de 2012 participants.

Contexte: Dans cette enquête nous avons demandé au consommateur de coter leurs prestataires de services sur une échelle de 1 à 5.
